Here's a fun fact: bell peppers accept more than vitamin C than oranges!

We oftentimes think of fruit equally the go-to for vitamin C and other immune system-boosting nutrients only many veggies have only every bit much, if not more vitamin C than oranges! So as we head into the fall flavor here in the U.South., we wanted to share a list of veggies that can help boost the immune system.
